New Patients

No referral is required to become a new patient at Treetop. We welcome infants, children, and teens under the age of 18.

If your child has been referred by a dentist or another healthcare provider, our team will arrange a consultation appointment as soon as possible.

Before your consult, you will be asked to complete new patient forms. Please bring a current list of your child's medications to help us provide individualized care.

During the consultation, one of our pediatric dental specialists will complete a thorough evaluation of your child's dental health, discuss your questions or concerns, and review any recommended treatment options with you. No dental treatment will be completed during this consultation.

We look forward to welcoming your family to Treetop Kids Dental!
